Do you sell products or services? Highlight Benefits!
You can be selling the greatest product in the world. It can be an A++ in quality. Its value can be unquestioned, and it can be durable and reliable. At a cost that is unparallelled. You can list all the qualities and they can all be great, but.... What the prospective buyer really wants to know if how they will benefit (personally) from the purchase of your product or service. People will even buy a more expensive version of an identical product because it is seen to have more benefit to them than the less expensive model. Customers want to know how their life will be easier and/or better. So remember when telling your prospects about your product or service, focus not only on the great qualities of the product -- highlight how those features will improve the life and times of the customer.
